Service Description
Perfect... *after an initial organization project or reset *to stay consistent and avoid falling behind again *to have a regular “thinking partner” who helps you plan, prioritize, and check things off your (never-ending) home to-do list What does the Maintenance & Support session look like? A visit 2x/month (as needed) for specified hours to refresh spaces, tidy up, help update systems, complete small home projects, and check off practical home tasks that might be a struggle. Let’s keep things running smoothly!
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Appointments All appointments can be booked online or by phone. When booking, please select the service type and estimated session length that best fits your needs. A confirmation email or text will be sent once your appointment is scheduled. 2. Estimates & Final Pricing All online bookings are based on estimated time and scope of the requested service. Because every home and project is unique, final pricing will be determined after the actual service is completed or following an in-person assessment (if required). Any changes to the scope of work or time estimate will be discussed and approved before additional work begins. 3. Payment Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include [credit/debit card, Venmo, Zelle, cash, etc.]. For recurring services, payments may be processed automatically on the scheduled service date. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in limited future booking availability. 5. Access to Property The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be rescheduled, and a trip fee may apply. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not fully satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. 7. Health & Safety Our team follows all appropriate safety and hygiene practices. Please notify us in advance if there are any specific allergies, sensitivities, or conditions we should be aware of before service.
